Contract Terms

· Month-to-month: First and last month’s rent due upon signing of contract. Subsequent payments due by the 1st of each month.

· Annual contracts. First and last month’s rent due upon signing of contract. Subsequent payments due by the 1st of each month. 10% discount available for contracts paid one year in advance. Annual contracts are renewable, and the discount applies to contract renewals (with advance payment on renewal term).

· Multi-year and/or Multi-board contracts: Contact us for details.

· Barter and in-kind payments considered.

Contracts with Up North Billboards are for space only. The cost of graphic design, artwork and installation are not included, although will be happy to work with you to design and install your message.

All Up North Billboards signs are illuminated. Signs are automatically lit from dusk to sunrise, so your message is working for you 24 hours a day . We will monitor your billboard so you don’t have to. Our regular reviews include checking the lights, inspecting for wrinkles and sign damage. We own the property beneath the signs, so and we can ensure vegetation is properly maintained and that passing motorists will have an unobstructed view of your sign.

Graphic Design

Up North Billboards works with a number of reputable graphic art design firms to create a cost-effective message for you. Or you are free to select your own firm. We recommend digitally printed heavy-gauge Vinyl Wrap — in our experience this material will withstand local weather conditions and provide at least one year of service without fading or tearing. The cost for a standard message on heavy gauge Vinyl Wrap is approximately $300. Vinyl Wrap messages can be rotated to different locations for greater impact — or stored, reused or recycled.

Installation

We work with a number of independent installation companies. We will be happy to arrange installation of your message. Installation costs for a typical vinyl wrap message is approximately $200 and our installers can have your message up and working for you within days of receipt of your artwork.
